Before starting NV Equipment Solutions, founder Chris Hooiman spent 20+ years around heavy equipment, construction, and mining — working inside Caterpillar and Komatsu dealerships in roles spanning Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR), Service Manager, Parts Manager, warranty administration, and accounts receivable. That cross-departmental background means he's managed fleets, managed people, and seen the business from every angle — parts, service, warranty, and billing, not just one lane of it — because a stalled machine costs more than the repair itself.
The focus is heavy equipment, but that's not the limit — forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and generators are all in scope too, backed by a network of partners who specialize in those machines specifically.
